search system is designed to provide you with a full service, real

First Time Home Buyers
You tell us exactly what
homes you want, the location where you want your house or condo
to be, the minimum acceptable size, & the type of monthly payment
that will be acceptable (credit score, Loan to Value percentage,
and market conditions determine this). We will do the rest.
After the approval of your loan, we will set a date that every
participating member involved with the purchase transaction can
look at the property. We will show everything that meets the desired
needs of the customer (market conditions dictate availability).
We have confidence that we will find something that we can put an
offer on, if not, we can try again.
Because we live in the Bay Area and depending on market conditions, we find it helpful to shop during
the week for numerous reasons. First, there is less competition
than that on the weekends. Second, for many of our programs we have
a better chance of getting the needed closing costs because of the
likelihood of fewer offers. Finally, we have a better chance of finding
available property because most properties are available during
the week.
